By choosing to shop online with Victoria Christmas Tree Farm, you are choosing for our team to hand-select your Christmas tree and have it chopped down and either delivered to your door or collected from our one of our two locations.

Click & Collect

Pre-Order Confirmation and Collection Date
Upon pre-ordering your tree online, you will select a desired collection date from what is available. You agree to collect your tree on this specified date and time and will receive a confirmation email with your click & collect order details. Be sure to keep this confirmation email for when you collect your order.

Tree Selection
Our team will hand-select your Christmas tree based on your order. Our team will take the care to choose a tree they would be happy to have within their own home, too. By agreeing to these terms, you accept that you will receive this pre-selected tree upon arrival and will not have the option to exchange, or swap it for another tree. 

Additional Purchases
Customers are welcome to purchase an additional tree in person at the time of collection.

However, the tree pre-ordered and prepaid for online is considered a final sale as per these terms and is non-refundable.

Missed or Rescheduled Collection Date Policy

If you need to change your collection date, please let us know as soon as possible.

Rescheduling with Notice

• Trees are cut fresh on the morning of your scheduled collection. If you notify us more than 24 hours in advance, we can adjust your collection date accordingly.

Late Notice or Missed Collection

• If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to collect your tree on the scheduled date, the tree will still be cut down as planned.
• Your tree will be kept under cover and stored in water to preserve its freshness. 

*Please note: A new tree will not be cut down due to late notice or a missed collection.

Delivery

Delivery Terms and Conditions

By choosing delivery for your Christmas tree order, you agree to the following terms:
Preferred Delivery Date
When you place your order, you can select a preferred delivery date. While we aim to deliver on this date, please note that it’s not guaranteed. If delivery cannot be completed on your selected date, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and your tree will arrive within 1-3 days after the preferred date.

Delivery Notifications
On the day of delivery, you’ll receive an email and/or text notification confirming that your tree is scheduled for delivery for that day. You’ll also receive an update once the tree is on its way and out for delivery, as well as once it has been delivered to your address.

Tree Drop-Off Location
Your tree will be left at or near your doorstep or in a specific location on your property that you inform us of in advance. Our delivery team and couriers cannot enter your property, so please ensure the drop-off spot is accessible and clear of obstructions. If you have any special instructions (e.g., gate codes or access notes), please provide these when ordering.

Tree Care on Delivery Day
To keep your tree fresh, we recommend bringing it indoors or into a shaded area shortly as soon as possible. We will do our best to leave your tree in a protected spot, but extreme weather may impact its freshness if left outside for extended periods.

Liability Post-Delivery
Once your tree is delivered to the designated location, Victoria Christmas Tree Farm is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. Please ensure the chosen location is secure.

Non Refundable Orders

At Victoria Christmas Tree Farm, we maintain an exceptional quality of Christmas trees which our customers have loved for decades. By purchasing a REAL Christmas tree, you understand no two trees are alike and each have their own unique appearance.

Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), real Christmas trees and live plants are covered by consumer guarantees if they are sold as part of a business transaction. These guarantees ensure the product is:

• Fit for its intended purpose.
• Of acceptable quality, meaning it is fresh and free from disease at the time of sale.
• As described in advertising or sales representations.

The law excludes refunds for change of mind or issues caused by misuse, and any known defects disclosed at the time of purchase are also excluded from guarantees​.
