Refund policy

Once a Christmas tree has been delivered, Victoria Christmas Tree Farm does not provide refunds unless of our fault and our approval.

In cases where a refund has been approved, a full refund will be provided back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of being approved.

Once a Christmas tree has been delivered, Victoria Christmas Tree Farm does not accept returns unless of our fault and our approval.

In the case where the Christmas tree is damaged during transport, we will exchange or refund the Christmas tree. You must contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of the delivery day.

According to our discretion and approval, we will then arrange a refund or exchange and organise delivery at the next available delivery date.

 

Exchanges:

If an exchange is requested, we will assess each scenario individually and if accepted, we will exchange a Christmas tree for a fee (Christmas tree sizes between 3ft and 7ft). Christmas tree must be in its original state.
