Shipping policy

General Shipping Policy:

Currently, we only deliver to locations to specific locations around our Melton and Ballarat locations. Delivery locations and price are calculated in your cart and/or checkout.

We aim to meet the delivery date you request. In this instance this date cannot be met, we will contact you to organise delivery on an alternative date - aiming to deliver ONE day earlier/later than you have requested, if possible.

Your Christmas Tree will be cut down the morning of your delivery. 

Delivery Time

You will be notified once our driver has left the farm, or our melton location with your tree.

Our drivers will let you know when they have arrived and leave your tree in a safe space outside for you to collect the item.

Delivery when you are not home

If you are not contactable, we will leave your Christmas tree in front of your property if it is safe to do so.
